The Haryana Chief Minister, Mr Bhupinder Singh Hooda will inaugurate the 25th All India Inter-University National Youth Festival (Rajat Utsav) to be organized at Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak on February 02, 2010.While giving this information, a spokesman of the University today said that festival would be organized from February 2 to 6. He said that Haryana Education Minister, Mrs Geeta Bhukkal and General Secretary, Association of Indian Universities, Dr. Beena Shah would be special guests in the silver celebration programme. About 1000 students from 60 Universities were being participated in the festival.He said that as many as 28 events of music, dance, theatre, literature and fine arts would be organized during the festival. Besides this, various cultural programmes would also be organized in the festival.
